RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Greet all service customers promptly and professionally
-Determine customer vehicle concerns
-Review additional maintenance needs when appropriate
-Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-At least 5 years of Advisor experience
-Team oriented
-Confident communicator
-Strong listening and problem solving skills
-Valid driver's license
-Acceptable traffic abstract
